You are that Dragonborn your task is to investigate why the dragons are returning, and discover a way to defeat them. The future of Skyrim and even the lands beyond hangs in the balance, as the people await the prophesized Dragonborn, a hero born with the power of The Voice and the only one who can contend with the dragons. Now scarred by civil war, Skyrim faces its darkest days with the return of the legendary dragons and their leader, the World-Eater Alduin. Skyrim is the homeland of the Nords, a fierce and proud warrior people who are well suited for the bitter cold and mountainous terrain which defines the land. Still, it’s a nice-to-have from a roleplaying perspective, and it never hurts to have an extra ally who is willing to die for you. However, unless you need to break off an attack, its usefulness is somewhat limited. It makes nearby animals your ally and works even on high-level animals. Their Charm Animal ability is much like the Nord’s Battle Cry or the Imperials’ Voice of the Emperor. Few things will poison you, and diseases can be cured for free at any shrine. Needless to say, any Bosmer in Skyrim will likely be viewed with a touch of suspicion, if not outright hostility.Īs you’d expect from nature-loving cannibals, Bosmer are unusually resistant to diseases and poison, neither of which are great boons given their lack of prominence throughout Skyrim.
Unfortunately for the Empire, they were defeated by the Altmer, and the two races now form the core of the Aldmeri Dominion. Hailing from the forests of Valenwood, these cannibalistic elves are renowned for their skill in archery.
